Bible Verses About Calling
The Bible is full of verses about God’s call on our lives. Whether it’s a call to action, to follow Him, or to spread His Word, these verses remind us that we are never alone in our journey. There are a lot of different opinions on what the Bible has to say about “calling.” Some people believe that we are all called to a specific career or job, while others believe that God calls us to a specific place or ministry. And still, others believe that we are simply called to be faithful followers of Christ.
Calling from God
There are many things in life we can be sure of, but one of the most certain things is that God calls us. It’s not always easy to hear or understand His call, but if we are willing to listen, He will guide us. Sometimes, God calls us to do things that are outside of our comfort zones. But, He always gives us the strength we need to accomplish His will. When we follow God’s call, we can be sure that we are on the right path.
God has a plan for everyone and He uses different methods to get our attention. Sometimes it’s a quiet voice inside us, while other times it’s a burning desire that won’t go away. If you’re feeling called to do something, don’t ignore it. Pray about it and ask God to give you the strength and courage to follow His plan.
So, what does the Bible actually say about calling? Let’s take a look at a few key verses.
