Bible verses about Dependence

Dependence is often seen as a negative trait, something that weakens us as individuals. However, the Bible has a lot to say about dependence – and it’s all positive! In fact, dependence is seen as a good thing in the Bible, something that should be encouraged. The Bible tells us to “depend on the Lord with all our heart” and to “cast all our anxiety on Him.”

This is because God is our ultimate source of strength and He can help us through any situation. When we depend on God, we are acknowledging His power and sovereignty. We are also saying that we trust Him to take care of us. This is an act of faith that pleases God. So if you’re feeling overwhelmed or burdened, remember that it’s okay to depend on God. He is always there for you and He wants to help you.
